At Barco there are different possible career tracks. The functional track includes all roles in areas such as finance, sales, procurement, HR, quality, operations etc. In the technical expert track you can grow as an expert. Examples are software, hardware, firmware or embedded software, test validation and research engineer. The consulting track in Barco is PXO, a special division which is responsible for improvement processes across different departments. When you work in a technical project track you coordinate a project within a technical domain or R&D area. The management track includes positions that are people management related. This track contains all managing roles where you have to lead and coach a group of people.
